Finance Business Partner – GTM Strategy (EMEA)

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its EMEA go‑to‑market (GTM) Finance & Strategy team. You will act as a trusted financial advisor to GTM stakeholders, helping shape strategic decisions across revenue targets, sales capacity, deal desk operations and marketing spend. The role blends deep financial analysis with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure GTM initiatives align with the company’s broader financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on financial strategies, investments and resource allocation for GTM teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional partners to build financial models, analyze data and recommend actions for revenue goals, sales capacity planning and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver clear financial reports, forecasts and analyses that highlight trends, risks and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A and accounting teams to align GTM plans with overall financial strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking or related fields.
• Proven experience supporting finance functions in international or EMEA markets.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior, non‑finance audiences.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning within high‑growth environments.
• Familiarity with multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments and EMEA regulatory considerations.
• Bias toward action, strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
