About the role
This position offers a qualified accountant the chance to become a trusted finance partner within a respected Irish business. You will work closely with senior operational leaders, providing commercial insight that directly influences strategic decisions and drives performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders.
- Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis to support decision‑making.
- Own month‑end close activities, including P&L and balance‑sheet analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve margins, performance and processes.
- Challenge and influence key commercial decisions.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting, processes, and systems.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Experience in commercial finance, financial accounting or business partnering.
- Strong business acumen with confidence to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical, detail‑focused and commercially curious.
