About the role
The Finance Business Partner will join a well‑established organisation’s growing finance team. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial insight, analysis and support for budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the monthly financial reporting and analysis process.
- Partner with operational teams on KPI tracking and variance analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial models and analyse large data sets.
- Support quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership.
- Contribute to audit processes and maintain strong financial controls.
- Build strong relationships across the business to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- At least 3 years post‑qualification experience in finance.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
