Finance Business Partner - Senior Associate

About the role

Join the Payments Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team as a Senior Associate, supporting Merchant Acquiring initiatives across EMEA. You will act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, helping them understand performance, manage risks and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the F&BM VP in shaping finance strategy, delivering financial analysis and business management support for Merchant Services leadership.
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including actuals vs. plan, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Own the annual budgeting process for the line of business and local legal entities.
• Coordinate reconciliation of reporting systems to ensure accurate finance and merchant‑services data.
• Partner with the business to define performance metrics tied to transformation initiatives and communicate benefits.
• Support the development of business plans, SIFs and NBIAs, validating expected benefits.
• Collaborate with the US development team on tech‑spend reporting and outcome tracking.
• Assist with audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables, including RCSA action plans.
• Prepare materials for town‑halls, business unit reviews and employee recognition events.
• Manage OKR setting and monthly progress reporting.

Required profile

• Highly organized professional able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Qualified accountant with FP&A experience in a complex organization.
• Self‑motivated, excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Flexible working style with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, comfortable with large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
