Finance Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Publisher Collective is seeking a Finance Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will join a close‑knit finance team, handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks and supporting the Group Head of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable across multiple entities, process invoices and run automated payment uploads.
• Handle employee expense claims in NetSuite and prepare related payment batches.
• Prepare customer invoices and post all revenue transactions in NetSuite.
• Post journal entries, supplier invoices, customer credits and other financial data.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and manage debt collection.
• Prepare bi‑monthly VAT returns.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Manage the shared finance inbox and respond to internal and external queries.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, revenue posting and general bookkeeping.
• Strong command of English (C1 level).
• Legal right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship).
