Finance Manager, EMEA Data Center Finance

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Finance Manager to act as the strategic bridge between the EMEA Data Center Finance team and the central FP&A organization in Seattle. You will own the coordination, analysis, and storytelling of EMEA data‑center investments and operations, helping shape decisions during a period of rapid cloud growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA Data Center Finance and Seattle FP&A, managing planning cycles and delivering strategic financial narratives.
• Consolidate and analyze monthly EMEA financial results, providing clear variance commentary to leadership.
• Build and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and headcount planning models using advanced Excel functions.
• Establish and monitor KPI metrics for business initiatives and operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate, standardize, and simplify finance workflows while enhancing data quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across EMEA finance teams and the Seattle FP&A organization.
• Strong communication skills to convey strategic financial narratives to senior leaders.

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, large‑dataset analysis).
