Finance Manager - FP&A & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Manager to lead financial planning, performance reporting and strategic decision‑making within a growing financial services organisation in Ireland. The role provides broad exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports.
• Deliver detailed variance analysis and financial commentary.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Partner with operational teams on cost management and performance tracking.
• Assist with executive and board‑level reporting requirements.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, identify efficiency opportunities and drive improvements.
• Contribute to finance transformation and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Background in FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capabilities.
