Finance Manager, Platform Strategy

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance Manager for Platform Strategy to provide financial leadership to the Internal Biotherapeutics Platform. The role will be based in Ireland (Ringaskiddy, Cork) but may also operate from other global offices, requiring collaboration across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and decision support to the Platform Leadership Team for strategic program prioritisation.
• Lead the Long‑Range Financial Plan (LRFP) and capital prioritisation initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases for investment opportunities and create transformational supply‑chain solutions.
• Collaborate closely with operations, network, planning and other supply‑chain stakeholders.
• Support the full wind‑down of Manati operations (Project Delta).
• Participate in the Biotherapeutics Finance Leadership team and Functional Capital Review Board.

Required profile

• Ability to work across multiple global time zones.
• Strong financial leadership experience within a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Experience in capital prioritisation, long‑range financial planning and business case evaluation.
• Proven collaboration skills with operations, supply‑chain and cross‑functional teams.
