Finance Manager – Structured Finance (ABS) in Shannon

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Corporate Services Provider in Shannon to expand its structured finance team. The Finance Manager will own the financial reporting and administration of asset‑backed securities (ABS) and other securitisation structures, working closely with auditors, legal advisors and transaction counterparties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full financial reporting cycle for a portfolio of ABS and structured finance SPVs.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support transaction closings, including onboarding of new structures.
• Calculate NAV, build waterfall models and produce investor reporting packs.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and legal counsel on structuring and compliance matters.
• Mentor junior finance team members and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong experience in structured finance, preferably ABS, securitisation or SPV environments.
• Background in corporate services, funds, structured finance or Big‑4 audit with relevant clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong technical accounting abilities.
