Financial Accountant - FinTech

About the role
We are partnering with a global FinTech organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant for their Irish operation. The role offers a broad exposure to the entire finance function, supporting day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts and management reports.
- Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Ensure adherence to Irish regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as required.
Required profile
- Full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Experience working in a regulated environment in Ireland, either through training or auditing clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent technical accounting abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Irish accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
