Financial Analyst – EMEA Operations Finance

About the role

Join a world‑leading healthcare and life‑sciences organisation as a Financial Analyst within the EMEA Operations Finance team. You will work closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders, turning complex financial data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Deliver budgets, forecasts and latest estimates across EMEA markets.
• Partner with operational leadership to identify cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities.
• Analyse financial performance, variances and key business drivers.
• Support investment reviews and working‑capital optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy of intercompany charges, allocations and accruals.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to aid business decisions.
• Collaborate with global finance functions to maintain high‑quality financial data.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and enhanced reporting capabilities.
• Support audit activities, compliance requirements and internal controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or finance professional with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business‑partnering skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Curious, proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.
