About the role
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join a leading financial services firm in Dublin. This permanent, hybrid position is ideal for a newly qualified accountant eager to develop analytical expertise and contribute to commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain regular reporting to track performance against operational metrics at team and individual levels.
- Deliver financial insights and analysis to support various business areas.
- Partner with senior finance stakeholders on presentations and reporting needs.
- Contribute to or lead finance‑related projects as appropriate.
- Assist with additional ad‑hoc projects and present updates on performance metrics when required.
Required profile
- Newly qualified ACA or ACCA (0‑3 years post‑qualification experience).
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
- Interest in IT and reviewing large data sets.
