About the role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a high‑impact finance team that supports a multi‑billion‑dollar global spend portfolio. The role is based in Dublin and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining office collaboration with remote work. This 12‑month contract position will focus on invoicing, purchase‑order management and ensuring billing data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end invoicing and purchase‑order management processes.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and maintain clean, reliable billing data.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
- Support the finance team in monitoring a large global spend portfolio.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in financial analysis, accounting or audit.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, get‑it‑done attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, handling large data sets).
- Experience with Anaplan or Power BI (preferred).
