Financial Analyst – Renewable Energy & Infrastructure

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing financial services institution in Dublin, is expanding its renewable energy and infrastructure team. They are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to support a variety of transactions across energy, utilities, infrastructure and other real‑asset sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct financial, commercial and market analysis for potential transactions.
• Assist with due‑diligence processes and prepare transaction documentation.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation across live deals and investment opportunities.
• Analyse financial statements, operating metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, advisors and other stakeholders throughout transaction processes.
• Monitor sector trends and market developments within infrastructure and energy markets.

Required profile

• Recently qualified ACA or CFA (or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or commercial finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical abilities.
• Exposure to energy, renewables, utilities or infrastructure sectors is desirable.
