Financial Controller / Finance Manager – Dublin

About the role
Domino HR is partnering with several growing Irish and international organisations to recruit experienced Financial Controllers and Finance Managers for positions based in Dublin and the surrounding area. These roles provide broad exposure to finance, commercial partnering and business leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Management reporting and month‑end close
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management
- Financial control and process improvement
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Statutory reporting and compliance
- Team leadership and development
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong technical accounting and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership abilities
