Financial Controller

About the role

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Financial Controller to join its finance team. You will work Monday to Friday, collaborating with cross‑functional partners across sales, operations, HR and payroll to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts in partnership with the finance team.
• Compile statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure payroll compliance for reporting and statutory purposes.
• Deliver month‑end close in line with group reporting deadlines.
• Monitor internal and external policy compliance and reporting timeframes.

Required profile

• Right to work in the EU.
• Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
• Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, operations, HR and payroll.
• Taxation knowledge, including RCT.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills.
• Power BI (PBI) proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (advantageous).
