Financial Reporting Manager – 12 Month Fixed-Term (Hybrid)

About the role

The Financial Reporting Manager will join the senior leadership team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decisions and maintaining strong financial controls in a fast‑paced environment. This hybrid position offers high visibility across the organisation and the chance to lead improvements in finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee core finance operations and support key reporting cycles across the business.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and control over financial information and reporting processes.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis activities.
• Provide reporting and commercial support to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Coordinate year‑end financial requirements and liaise with external advisors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Irish financial and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support wider business objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes, systems and controls.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong post‑qualification experience.
• Proven background in financial reporting and commercial finance.
• Experience leading or mentoring a finance team.
• Strong understanding of Irish financial and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services, aviation or professional services is a plus.
