Financial Services Strategy & Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking experienced Strategy & Transformation Consultants to join a leading consulting practice in Dublin. The role supports large‑scale business and technology transformation programmes for top‑tier financial services clients, ranging from banks to insurers and asset managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end transformation programmes across Banking, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets and Asset & Wealth Management.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define strategies, operating models and AI‑enabled digital initiatives.
• Lead programme delivery from strategic planning through implementation, ensuring governance, risk and dependency management.
• Drive organisational change, business readiness, stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Professional services or consulting background with a strong track record of delivering transformation programmes for financial services clients.
• Experience across Banking, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets or Asset & Wealth Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, programme or change management, operating model design, digital or AI‑enabled transformation.
