Fleet and Logistics Performance Administrator

About the role

Flogas Ireland is seeking a Fleet & Logistics Performance Administrator to join its Bulk Logistics Team on a permanent full‑time basis. Based at the Marsh Road Marine Terminal in Drogheda, the role supports fleet maintenance coordination and performance management within the transport function.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet maintenance activities using asset management systems and assist in planning to minimise vehicle downtime.
• Produce and maintain KPI reports on driver and fleet performance (fuel efficiency, compliance, utilisation, etc.).
• Analyse data trends, highlight improvement areas, and provide insights to Distribution, Technical Services, and Transport teams.
• Support driver performance management through reporting and data insights.
• Maintain accurate records in logistics and maintenance systems.
• Assist continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics function.

Required profile

• Strong interest in logistics, transport, and fleet operations with a data‑driven mindset.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to workload management and strong communication skills.
• Relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics or a related discipline is beneficial.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar asset management systems (advantageous, not essential).
