Food & Beverage Assistant – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Moxy Dublin Docklands as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will help create a lively atmosphere, serve guests with personality, and support smooth day‑to‑day operations in the bar, lounge and grab‑and‑go areas.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks, snacks and light food items confidently and with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and present menu items according to brand and service standards.
• Maintain clean, fully stocked bar, lounge and grab‑and‑go areas ready for service.
• Engage guests warmly, promote upselling opportunities and Marriott Bonvoy where appropriate.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen and health‑and‑safety procedures, completing cleaning schedules and temperature logs.
• Report hazards, breakages or concerns promptly to management.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, participate in shift briefings and support other hotel departments as needed.

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑oriented ethic.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings from 6 am, weekends and public holidays.
