Food & Beverage Assistant – Italian Kitchen

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Food & Beverage Assistant in our vibrant Italian Kitchen restaurant. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy and work alongside experienced team members to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide personalized service.
• Maintain a solid knowledge of food, wine, and menu offerings to make recommendations and upsell.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure the bar and restaurant are kept clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager to meet service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a hotel setting is preferred.

Required skills

• Micros point‑of‑sale system (preferred).
