Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused team as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will help create a welcoming environment, serve a variety of food and drinks, and support the overall service experience in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista‑style coffees.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and handle payments accurately.
• Set up service counters, maintain attractive displays, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Operate coffee machines and other catering equipment safely, reporting any issues.
• Store food items, ingredients, and equipment properly after service.
• Restock supplies such as crockery, ingredients, and beverages as needed.
• Collaborate with team members across all service areas.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for excellent customer service.
• Team player who thrives under pressure and manages time reliably.
• Commitment to safety, food hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Enthusiasm for learning; previous catering experience is a plus but not mandatory.
