Food Production Team Member

About the role

Join the Krispy Kreme team in Blanchardstown and help create our beloved doughnuts from start to finish. You will work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, measuring, mixing and preparing large batches of dough while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and mix dough ingredients in large batches, handling bags of flour up to 25 kg.
• Operate the production line, including oven‑proofing and frying doughnuts.
• Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of machinery each shift.
• Follow food‑safety specifications and quality guidelines to deliver consistent products.
• Work efficiently during peak periods to meet tight production deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong team‑player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting.
• Flexible availability, including early‑morning or night shifts.
• Reliability and punctuality in a shift‑based schedule.

Required skills

• Food safety compliance.
• Basic measurement and mixing skills.
