FP&A Accountant – Hybrid Finance Role

About the role
This permanent position supports a recently acquired business within a fast‑growing Irish group. Reporting to the central commercial finance team, you will work in a hybrid environment, combining on‑site collaboration with flexible remote days.
Key responsibilities
- Produce weekly management reports and period accounts, analysing trends and variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
- Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations and assist internal and external audits.
- Deliver commercial analysis and reporting, including tender support.
- Partner with finance and non‑finance stakeholders across the organisation.
- Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- 1‑3+ years of industry experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
