Franchise Marketing Manager

About the role

Primark is expanding its international franchise network and needs a Franchise Marketing Manager to act as the single point of contact for all brand and marketing matters with franchise partners. You will bridge internal Customer, Digital, Commercial and Merchandising teams with external franchise stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate across Primark functions to deliver integrated marketing campaigns for franchise, customer, digital, commercial and merchandising teams.
• Refine and approve the global marketing plan, balancing partner needs with owned‑business objectives.
• Distribute and oversee implementation of marketing and visual‑merchandise materials in line with franchise stock movements.
• Provide sign‑off for localisation of marketing assets proposed by franchise partners and secure brand approval.
• Serve as the initial contact for franchise teams and partners on customer, digital, influencer, social and loyalty initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, beauty, retail or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and social media platforms.
• Excellent copywriting ability with a fashion‑forward storytelling approach.
• Analytical mindset to turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with strong cross‑functional communication skills.
