Freelance CTO – AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to work as a freelance Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Trainer. In this remote, project‑based role you will help shape AI models that support executive technology decision‑making, drawing on your own senior‑level experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated content on executive technology management, strategy, and digital transformation.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI suggestions related to technology vision, team structure, and business alignment.
• Create realistic scenarios and case studies based on personal CTO or senior tech leadership experience.
• Generate variations of scenarios that reflect best practices, forward‑thinking strategies, and industry standards.
• Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities in AI output and provide structured, actionable feedback.
• Guide AI systems to better understand CTO‑level decision‑making concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader with deep knowledge of tech strategy and digital transformation.
• Based in the EU or United Kingdom.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and able to give clear, constructive feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with asynchronous, remote collaboration.
