Freelance CTO – AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to work remotely on a freelance basis, helping to train and refine AI models that support executive technology decision‑making. You will contribute 8–20 hours per week, providing real‑world CTO insights to improve AI‑generated content.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated material on technology strategy, digital transformation, and executive leadership.
• Assess the practicality of AI suggestions related to technology vision, team structure, and business alignment.
• Create realistic scenarios and case studies drawn from senior technology leadership experience.
• Generate variations of scenarios that reflect best practices and forward‑thinking strategies.
• Identify gaps or ambiguities in AI output and deliver structured, actionable feedback.
• Guide AI systems to better understand CTO‑level decision‑making concepts.

Required profile

• Former or current CTO or senior technology leader with deep knowledge of tech strategy and digital transformation.
• Based in the EU or UK and comfortable with asynchronous, remote collaboration.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week.
