Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Freelance Talent Sourcer to support our partner’s hiring initiatives across multiple industries. Based in Ireland and working remotely, you will use innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and connect companies with top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and present qualified active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and other professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to spot hiring trends and relevant profiles.
• Assess candidate availability, motivation and interest, and obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorisation before submission.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records and submit candidates through the partner portal.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and assist with interview scheduling when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research or a related role.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
