Front of House Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our vibrant team at Six by Nico in Dublin. You will be part of a dynamic front‑of‑house crew delivering professional, friendly service in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current menus, food and wine offerings.
• Assist the head waiter/waitress in providing excellent customer service.
• Deliver food to tables, describing dishes and wine pairings.
• Clear tables and ensure appropriate cutlery and settings are provided.
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar.
• Display enthusiasm and a positive attitude with customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar front‑of‑house or serving role.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a "can‑do" attitude.
