About the role
Join the newly launched Hyatt Centric in The Liberties, Dublin, as a Front Office Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience in a vibrant, hospitality‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests courteously, handling arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs, and accurate billing using the hotel’s PMS.
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, email, or online, providing information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Manage phone, email, and online bookings, ensuring data is entered correctly.
- Coordinate with the Accommodation Manager, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with precision.
- Manage lost‑property procedures according to hotel policy.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Opera property management system.
