Full Stack Engineer (Decentralized Technology)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑evolving decentralized technology ecosystem in Ireland. The role combines product engineering, developer tooling and platform systems, giving you ownership from prototype to production at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack products, including consumer apps, developer tools and internal platforms.
• Build and maintain high‑performance backend services and APIs for large‑scale decentralized applications.
• Develop SDKs, CLIs, libraries and starter kits to improve ecosystem adoption.
• Create internal tooling that boosts engineering velocity and system reliability.
• Own features throughout their lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to production deployment and optimisation.
• Collaborate with DevRel, Marketing and Business Development to align technical output with go‑to‑market needs.
• Identify ecosystem gaps and proactively design solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability and scalability across all stack layers.

Required profile

• Strong experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade front‑end applications with a focus on performance and usability.
• Solid backend engineering skills, including API design and data‑layer architecture.
• Interest or experience in blockchain, crypto or on‑chain systems.
• High ownership, autonomy and product‑mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑growth technical environments.
