Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join DataAnnotation’s AI training team. You will work remotely on a flexible schedule, creating and solving coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with a focus on Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for AI training datasets.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience with Kotlin; proficiency in at least one of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) and prior experience as a software developer, coder, or programmer.
