Full‑time Over‑the‑Counter Assistant – Community Pharmacy

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy in Wilton, Cork. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a varied day‑to‑day environment where you will help customers feel their best.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the smooth operation of the OTC and cosmetics area.
• Assist customers with product queries, recommendations and concerns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Support stock management, merchandising and daily store operations.

What we offer

• Stable permanent full‑time position (39–40 hours per week).
• Shift pattern includes one Saturday, one weekday evening (1 pm–9 pm) and one Sunday every four weeks (12 pm–6 pm).
