Garden Room Breakfast Waiter – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Garden Room Breakfast Waiter to join The Merrion, one of Dublin’s premier luxury hotels. The role covers the early breakfast shift and offers the chance to work in a historic, high-standard environment with extensive training and a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the Garden Room restaurant for breakfast service.
• Serve breakfast to guests to Merrion standards, anticipating their needs.
• Maintain active communication with all team members.
• Set up the restaurant for lunch service.

Required profile

• Strong guest focus and professional demeanor.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to flexible shift patterns.
• Positive contribution to The Merrion’s culture.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of menu items.
• Efficient use of the MICROS point-of-sale system.
