General Manager – Hospitality (Dublin)

About the role

We are recruiting a General Manager for a leading hospitality brand in Dublin. This role offers the chance to lead a high‑volume operation, drive commercial performance and shape a strong team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the management team.
• Drive sales, profitability and overall operational performance.
• Manage key business KPIs, labour costs and productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
• Analyse performance data and implement commercial action plans.
• Oversee recruitment, training and colleague development.
• Build a positive culture focused on people, customers and business growth.

Required profile

• Current experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Senior Assistant Manager or Area Manager within restaurants, quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, food retail or convenience retail.
• Proven track record of driving results, developing teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
