General Operative – Production Team (Tullamore)

About the role

We are looking for reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our production team at our Tullamore site. You will support the delivery of high‑quality meat products through packing, preparation and maintaining hygiene standards, playing a key part in the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products in line with quality and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets and ensure efficiency.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within your work area.
• Support the delivery of consistent product quality with care and attention to detail.
• Be flexible with shift patterns and available to support overtime when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic with good organisational skills.
• A team player with positive interpersonal skills.
• Quality focused with an eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.
• Flexible and available to work both day and evening shifts including overtime.
