About the role
The Health Service Executive (HSE) is recruiting a General Practitioner to join its Dublin and Midlands region, based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a permanent, whole‑time position with a provisional start date of 1 September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients within the local community.
- Deliver comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HSE standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Dublin and Midlands health region.
Required profile
- Qualified through a recognised Vocational Training Scheme.
- Own GP premises ready for operation by the start date.
- Documented evidence of English language proficiency.
- Ability to work onsite in Naas and serve the surrounding catch‑area.
