Global Audit & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

The Global Reporting Center of Excellence (COE) at EY helps the world’s largest multinational companies transform their statutory reporting and audit processes through automation and AI‑enabled tools. Based in Dublin, the COE team works globally with clients and EY audit teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient audits and deeper insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital audit transformation and enablement engagements for complex global audit clients.
• Drive standardisation, centralisation, automation and analytics across audit delivery to improve quality and client experience.
• Develop and execute global audit strategies, including ESG and non‑financial reporting initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in practice or industry.
• Strong understanding of multinational group and statutory audit models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage senior leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled audit tools and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of digital audit transformation and emerging technologies applied to audit quality and efficiency.
