Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in customer‑facing business or consulting roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on AI use cases, UX/CX optimisation, and measurable business outcomes.
