Global Client Executive – Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Global Client Executive for Talent Solutions to lead and grow our largest enterprise accounts across the EMEA region. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with regular office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional portfolio of strategic accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and new‑business acquisition.
• Partner closely with Client Directors to align LinkedIn’s Talent, Learning, and Workforce Solutions with complex customer requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior economic buyers, understanding their business strategy and delivering tailored recommendations.
• Lead executive‑level commercial discussions to capture green, blue, and white‑space opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure effective product utilization and optimal ROI for clients.
• Provide compelling proposals for additional investments and secure contract renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or account management within the technology or talent‑solutions space.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts at a senior level.
• Strong consultative selling approach with a focus on long‑term client success.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
