Global Mobility & Employment Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Mobility & Employment Tax Manager to join a high‑growth advisory firm in Dublin. The role sits at the intersection of tax, mobility and workforce strategy, helping multinational clients navigate complex cross‑border employment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on employment tax and social security implications for internationally mobile employees.
• Design and deliver global mobility programmes for clients.
• Manage tax aspects of mobility including equalisation, protection and planning.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on cross‑border workforce strategy and compliance.
• Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with advisors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex tax matters.
• Deliver training and practical guidance on mobility‑related tax issues.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in employment tax and global mobility.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, AITI, CPA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of cross‑border tax considerations and mobility compliance.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate technical detail into practical advice.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.
