Global Security Operations Centre Operator

About the role

The Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Operator monitors an integrated suite of physical security technologies, analyses threats, and coordinates response actions for G4S Secure Solutions Ireland. You will work in a 24/7 environment, ensuring rapid and accurate handling of security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global security threats, incidents, and emerging risks using OSINT and internal intelligence feeds.
• Respond to alarms, access‑control incidents, and other security events, dispatching responders and liaising with law enforcement.
• Maintain real‑time situational awareness and provide critical updates to stakeholders.
• Document incidents, generate detailed reports, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Support executive protection and travel security operations through intelligence gathering and risk assessments.
• Operate and manage GSOC technologies, including surveillance, alarm monitoring, and mass‑notification tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, law enforcement, military, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity and trust.
