Graduate English Teacher Program in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will work full‑time in a classroom setting, teaching young learners aged 3–16 and gaining international experience while receiving full training and visa support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑energy English lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
