Graduate Management Trainee – Limerick

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join our Management Trainee programme in Limerick. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership, with the aim of becoming a branch manager within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics, control costs and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan strategically and drive performance metrics.
• Mentor, train and develop team members, with opportunities to lead and promote staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual driving licence for the Republic of Ireland, UK or EU (accommodations available for disabilities).
• Willingness to work onsite in Limerick and commit to a graduate development programme.
