Ground Handling Crew – Baggage Hall & Ramp Agent

About the role

Emerald Airlines is launching operations from Dublin Airport and is looking for motivated individuals to join the Ground Handling Crew. You will work on the apron and in the baggage hall, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant handling of passengers, baggage and aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the Aircraft Service Area.
• Handle, transport and load/unload baggage, including transfers.
• Chock and cone aircraft, manage GPU connections, and perform headset procedures during push‑back and refuelling.
• Marshal passengers to and from the aircraft.
• Drive airport vehicles and transport crew when required.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Flight Crews and other departments (OCC, Flight Ops, Engineering, Catering, Fuelling).
• Deliver on‑time performance, minimise delays and recover disrupted schedules.
• Ensure compliance with airline, airport, ATC and authority safety and security regulations.
• Maintain ground service equipment and follow maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Full clean Irish driving licence.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and operational disruptions.
