Group HR Generalist (Onsite) – Meath/Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Group HR Generalist to join a fast‑growing, multi‑sector organisation in Ireland. Based onsite in Meath or Dublin, you will support the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on employee relations and talent acquisition, helping to build a positive, high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, advising managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues.
• Conduct investigations and ensure outcomes are fair, consistent and legally compliant.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment: advertise roles, source candidates, coordinate interviews and oversee onboarding.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Contribute to HR policy development, continuous improvement projects and general HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong background in employee relations and case management.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience delivering full recruitment cycles and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
