Group Tax Manager

About the role

The Group Tax Manager will support the company’s M&A and tax structuring activities while working closely with senior executives across Finance, Treasury, Legal and M&A functions. This commercial role combines strategic tax planning, transfer pricing oversight and compliance for a global Irish plc.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax structuring and advisory support for M&A transactions worldwide.
• Design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Develop and execute the international tax strategy, ensuring efficient profit repatriation and compliance with local tax laws.
• Advise business units on a range of tax matters and support decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with extensive corporate tax experience.
• Experience at manager or senior‑manager level within a practice or industry setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships across a global organisation.
• Self‑motivated, dynamic team player with initiative.
