Group Tax Manager

About the role
The Group Tax Manager will support the company’s M&A and structuring activities while ensuring compliance with transfer pricing and international tax requirements. Working closely with senior executives, the role contributes to the development and execution of the global tax strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Support global tax structuring and M&A transactions.
- Design, implement and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation.
- Develop and execute the international tax strategy, ensuring efficient profit repatriation and compliance.
- Provide tax advisory support to various business units.
- Manage relationships with external advisors and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with strong corporate tax experience at manager or senior‑manager level.
- Dynamic team player, self‑motivated and able to take initiative.
- Strong commercial acumen with a desire to understand business operations.
- Proven ability to build relationships across a global organisation.
