Head of Data Intelligence Products

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Data Intelligence Products to lead the strategy and execution of AI‑native data platforms for enterprise customers worldwide. Based in Ireland, you will drive product innovation, shape market positioning, and collaborate with engineering, executive leadership, and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a modern Data Intelligence Platform, focusing on AI‑driven governance and discovery.
• Lead, mentor, and scale an international team of Product Managers across multiple regions and time zones.
• Drive development of AI‑powered capabilities such as intelligent agents and conversational data interaction.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure cloud‑native architecture, AI‑driven workflows, and scalable platform evolution.
• Build relationships with Chief Data Officers and governance leaders to understand market needs and accelerate adoption.
• Represent the product organization with analysts and strategic partners to position the platform as a market leader.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to guide long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years leading product managers or product organizations.
• Strong expertise in modern data ecosystems (catalogs, governance, mesh, quality).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models, and AI agents applied to enterprise data.
• Proven ability to operate in both startup‑like environments and large global corporations.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across cultures.
