Head of EMEA Fund Accounting Assurance

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to oversee fund NAV calculations and the broader fund accounting assurance function across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for managing third‑party administrators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the fund valuation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor NAV calculation processes for on‑shore and cross‑border funds (ICVC, SICAV, ILF, ETF, etc.).
• Manage service level agreements and control frameworks with third‑party administrators in the UK, Ireland and Luxembourg.
• Analyse breaches, conduct root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Stay current with regulatory developments and ensure fund valuation activities meet industry best practices.
• Represent the function in board and committee meetings, providing updates and reports.
• Drive product implementation initiatives and oversee related fund administration projects.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fund accounting, NAV calculation and third‑party oversight.
• Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks for investment funds.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse complex data, identify risks and implement robust controls.
